ma® Cares Decorates The Pathways Center for Halloween
The ma Cares Team goes out of their way to help others, just like the amazing people at The Pathways Center in Greensboro, NC. The Pathways Center serves a critical role in the community – providing free, temporary housing to families in need. In addition to housing, the Center also provides childcare and other services free of charge – and also works with parents to help them find employment.
Currently, the Center provides a safe home for 19 families – but what’s a home without holiday decorations? To help the children have a fun and exciting October, ma Cares spent last Friday afternoon hanging up some spooky Halloween decorations at the Pathways Center!
We had an absolute blast hanging the decorations – but I have to tell you hanging up a fake spider web is both a science and an art form which I utterly failed to master – however the kids at the center pitched in and helped us make the Pathways Center one spooky place!
ma Cares has been working with The Pathways Center for the past few months, and we enjoy working with them immensely. We all love doing things for others, and during the holidays we like to go the extra mile to see that everyone is taken care of.
